This week we are changing gears, a little bit. We are going to expand on our knowledge of the biological aspects of animals and explore the ecological importance of these animals as well as how certain species affect coastal communities. First we will be exploring another approach to science - an Indigenous approach - and then we will practice blending our standard western scientific approach with the Indigenous approach in a framework called "two-eyed seeing". You will review all resources below and then complete the assignment. Please submit the assignment to me by 4pm Friday April 24th.
This week you are diving into your mini research project. Review the project outline below. Your project is due Friday May 8th @ 4pm - yes you have 2 weeks to complete all parts of the assignment. Your final assignment is to be emailed to Ms. Koski.
